Mariam Khayat is an animation producer and story development specialist with 15+ years of experience across animation, live-action film, and motion graphics. She produces projects from concept through post-production, providing script feedback, narrative development, and creative research.
Her work includes the animated short The Menace from Above, winner of Best Animation Film at the Saudi Film Festival, and Saleeg, which premiered at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival. She has collaborated with international teams across Saudi Arabia, Europe, and the United States, producing work for festivals, cultural institutions, and educational programs.
Mariam is Co-Founder and Executive Producer at Cinepoetics Pictures, and has taught animation and motion graphics at the university level. When she's not making films, Mariam is enjoying the Red Sea.
